Refund policy

Customers may request to cancel or modify their order within 1 hour of placing it. All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted within this 1-hour timeframe only. After 1 hour, orders are processed automatically and can no longer be canceled or modified. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us immediately.

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Proof of purchase is also required for all return requests.

The following items are not eligible for return: sale or discounted products, gift cards, used, damaged, or altered items, and personal hygiene or perishable goods.

If the return is due to customer preference, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. However, if the product received is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
